Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Evening IOP via telehealth allows you to prioritize your healing without stepping away from your responsibilities, giving you the tools to rebuild your life, strengthen your recovery, and move forward with confidence.
Flexible, Supportive Treatment That Fits Your Life
Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all—and it doesn’t always fit into daytime hours. GateHouse Treatment’s Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides the same high-quality clinical care as our daytime program—delivered via telehealth in an evening format designed for individuals who need structured support while continuing to work, attend school, or care for their families.
What Is Evening IOP?
Evening IOP is a structured, clinically supported outpatient program offered three or five evenings per week, depending on your needs. The program combines evidence-based therapies, individualized treatment planning, skill-building, and relapse-prevention strategies—within a schedule that works for you.
This level of care is ideal for people who:
- Need intensive, therapeutic support after work or school
- Are transitioning from PHP
- Want more structure than traditional outpatient therapy
- Are navigating early-stage relapse or increasing cravings
- Live in stable housing but need ongoing accountability and guidance
Our clinical telehealth team develops a personalized plan for every client so your treatment meets you exactly where you are in your recovery journey.
